Boring Sunday. Woke up at 8am because I fucking stained the bed with my blood. It was the time of month :( I can't wait for it to be over so I can be carefree. Contradicts with the brand of sanitary pad called Carefree. Sorry, just ignore me. I slept at 3am & woke up 8am. That would probably explain to you why I do not make sense here.

Went Ikea in the morning to have breakfast. Yummeh Swedish meatballs with spag & cheesecake as dessert :) Walked around, bought some stuff and went home. Spent the whole day at home 'til dinner. Dinner sucked today. I chose to eat the wrong food -pui

A first-grade teacher, Ms Neelam was having trouble with one of her students the teacher asked,"Boy, what is your problem?"

Boy answered, "I'm too smart for the first-grade. My sister is in the third-grade and I'm smarter than she is! I think I should be in the third-grade too!"

Ms. Neelam had enough. She took Boy to the principal's office. While Boy waited in the outer office, the teacher explained to the principal what the situation was.The principal told Ms Neelam he would give the boy a test and if he failed to answer any of his questions he was to go back to the first-grade and behave. She agreed.

Boy was brought in and the conditions were explained to him and he agreed to take the test.

Principal: "What is 3 x 3?"
Boy: "9".
Principal: "What is 6 x 6?"
Boy: "36".

And so it went with every question the principal thought a third-grade should know. The principal looks at Ms. Neelam and tells her, "I think Boy can go to the third-grade."

Ms. Neelam says to the principal, "I have some of my own questions. Can I ask him ?" The principal and the boy both agreed.

Ms. Neelam: "What does a cow have four of that I have only two of?"
Boy: (pause) "Legs."
Ms. Neelam: "What is in your pants that you have but I do not have?"
Boy: "Pockets."
Ms. Neelam: "What starts with a C and ends with a T, is hairy, oval, delicious and contains thin whitish liquid?"
Boy: "Coconut"
Ms. Neelam: "What goes in hard and pink then comes out soft and sticky?"

The principal's eyes open really wide and before he could stop the answer, Boy was taking charge.

Ms. Neelam: "What does a man do standing up, a woman does sitting down and a dog does on three legs?"

The principal breathed a sigh of relief and said to the teacher, "Send this Boy to the University, I got the last ten questions wrong myself!"

Watching The Noose on Ch5 right now while doing up my online shop(teehee). Gurmit Singh is so full of nonsense & comical. He's the person to look for when you need to laugh & feel happy. Two more days to 2008 & I'm so not looking forward to it. I'm not ready for another year. I'm not done with the new blog's layout at all, not ready to start working like mad for money :( Not ready to give up all my play & shopping time for work, not ready to travel early in the morning everyday at 8-fucking-am, not ready to ditch hhheartbreakhotel :(


But they say, a new year means a new beginning. I don't know, I don't really like new beginnings though. I'm afraid of what might happen next year.. Like what B said, I shouldn't take all these so seriously. It might happen to some of us but not all. Oh well! I'm going to go work on the shop now. Goodnight (:

Merlene got the gorgeous headband that Lindsay Lohan wore it on one of the occasions. I love it but when I saw the price of it at Accessorize, I almost fainted. Merlene got it at $0.80 & she smartly bought one. ONE!? Annoying fact #1.

Bought a pair of shoes! Teehee I found the Chanel flats I wanted. So gorgeous :) I don't know how much does it costs though. If I can't get the price, I'd probably get the inspired one. Bought a ring from Topshop. Bought earstuds & a star-studded necklace. Oo blink blink! Haha. I can't find the M(phosis flats I wanted :( They only have got my size in Bugis which is so annoying! Annoying fact #2!


Fruitful day :) Enjoyed myself! Merlene is so full of shit, really. She gave me $50 for some reasons. I felt so bad :/ I thought of returning it to her but she kept saying it's okay & told me to spend it wisely. I don't mind going out with her again, it's really fun. Zel was being a spoilsport. She was bored 'cos we kept shopping for our items but not hers. Bleh :P and to kill boredom, she took out her PSP to play. Murder her NOW. And she pulled a long face that hits the floor & when she walks, she'd kick her own face 'cos it's too long to be true.

I really want to tell you what's going on in my life. I want to tell you about the boy from school who I really like, but can't go out with because he has a girlfriend. Boring Christmas eve got me doing this.

I shopped so much online, oh shit. I ought to be shot, seriously. I passed by theminidelights.lj that sells really cute handmade earstuds (click?). They are made of jumping clay, thus the light weight! Super cute okay. I like the strawberry & donuts one :) so cute!

Dinner with the family was fab, at my favourite coffee shop :) Cereal prawns is lurvvvve!


An hour & 34 minutes to Christmas, who's excited?! I'm not :/ I just thought Christmas would be spent with the person I love but rahhhh no! :( shan't talk about it, really makes me boil. To make it worse, B & I have been really rocky these days :/ Bedtime, goodnight!

Love is a verb, here in my room.

Five days in Bangkok was spent beautifully with the family. Shopping was fruitful :) All those $5 dresses we got was so worthy though we shopped 'til we had to get Counterpain to rub on our feets. What made it more worthwhile was the ones who went with me; Mom, Dad & Zel. Maybe not so much of Zel (taha, bleah we argued so much k), more of the two old folks. Awfully great parents cum lifetime atms slash wallets ;)

First Day?
We arrived at Bangkok at around 5pm. Dad called for the hotel limousine which caused us 1500฿ which is about S$60. When Dad mentioned limousine, I was stupid enough to think that it would be that kinda limousine. But who knew? It was just a Merz cab! :( Sitting in there was really cozy & comfortable. I always liked sitting in Merz cab. When we got to out hotel, Mom needed to get some toiletries so we walked to MBK’s Watson while Dad does the checking-in of hotel. I bought a graphic top at a nearby shop after that :D I remember Sass telling me that “that kinda shirt is very you”. After we got everything done, we had dinner at CiTi BiSTRO. I had fried rice, Mom & Dad shared a plate of Thai fried noodles while Zel had club sandwich. Four of us shared two bowls of Tom Yam Goong (Tom Yam soup!). It was helluva spicy but tasty for sure. I wanted Apple Martini but ugh I was too full for it. After dinner, we went up to the room. The first step into the room was WOW. I didn’t know we were staying in a executive suite! It was fabulous. I bounced on the bed & went on to check out how the whole suite was like.

Second day?
The next day, we had light breakfast at the club lounge. Shopping was next :D We took a BTS down to Chit Lom station & walked to the temple. After praying, we walked to Central World (which was formerly known as World Trade Center). I wanted a pair of red pumps from Baby Love but it was too expensive :( S$80! We didn’t buy much & went off to our next stop, Platinum Fashion Mall! We bought so much! Omg, dad had a bagpack with him and it was so fat. He left it on the floor while choosing clothes so I sat there & tried to carry. I couldn't stand up with the weight of the bag on me! It's waaaay too heavy. Spent the whole day there :)

Third day?
It's like a lingerie day. I bought 3 cutsie sets of lingerie :) We spent the entire day at Emporium. I bought some stationaries too. My favourite :) Had lunch at the food court. Omg itz dah bombxxx. I heard there's Heads or Tails at CK Tangs, I'm so excited. I have to check it out. Had dinner at a distant relative's restaurant & they speak Teochew. Phew, thank God they could understand what I was saying. It was really like a test okay! Hahaha. Cabbed back to our hotel & went to walk around at MBK until it closed.

Forth day?

Woke up extra early to go Baiyoke Sky. The weather is a killaz. Fucking 38 degrees, burning hot! Bought 4 boyfriend shirts there, two skinny belts & I cannot remember what else. Walked out & realised it's just in front of Platinum Mall! We walked by the overhead bridge & realised we didn't actually walked that area yet. Bought more clothes, omg haha! After an hour or two, mom suggested that we drop by the tailor's to get daddy's shirt & pants before we forget to collect & fly back home, and after that we'd go Central Chit Lom for lunch & more shopping. So we did. FoodLoft was so crowded. But I like the place. I had so much food to choose from, I really don't know what to eat so I had pizza :) Yumyum! Didn't bought much at Central. Just lingerie again :) Heh I bought like, 6 sets this trip!

Went back at around 6plus. Zel wanted to go swimming while mom & I had to pack the luggage. Mom was telling me about the bra cup size & all, it was damn funny! Too much of adult content, not for you little kiddos ;) HAHA. After they got back from the pool, we went to the Japanese restaurant at MBK to have dinner. Fucking cheap Jap food & goooooood yummilicious food!

Fifth day?
One of the saddest & worst day. We rushed like fuck to get everything we wanted from MBK. What made it worse was we didn't have enough cash. Dad was afraid we might not enough money for cab fare & such. So mom said we have to look front and not side 'cos if we do, and we spot something, we'd just buybuybuy. Super broke! Haha. Managed to buy what B's mom wanted though. So I'm pretty happy. Dad got us a limousine to get us to the airport as most cabs can't fit our luggage :( Arrived back in Sg at 8pm, got home, unpacked, talked t B & slept.

Today?
Spent time at Aunt's place. Celebrated Jermaine's birthday & Christmas together. Had a feast! Great food man. Everyone was here :) It's good to see everyone again. We exchanged gifts through some lucky draw, haha. Fun shit we do every year! Pictures with my aunt, I'll get her to send me.


Christmas is coming, I cannot wait :) At the same time, I'm dreading it as well. I know I wouldn't be spending it with B :( and I haven't gotten everyone's present yettttttt! Ugh, I haven't seen the girls in the longest time :( Miss them so much. I'm dead beat, I shall go to bed. Nightnight :)

I'd have changed a lot of things, starting with me.

Time flies. I came back from Bangkok, prepared for Prom, now Prom's over, I flew to Taiwan, came back & went class chalet immediately. I feel like I'm having a race with time. So not fun :(

I have too much to update about. I shall just summarise everything. Taiwan was okay. I hate all that viewing of scenery & insufficient time to shop/eat. I bought two dresses, three tops, a pairs of red & electric blue stockings, one pair of earrings, one pair of ear studs, one big flower ring & one pair of zebra printed flats. Not so contented. Daddy's planning a Bangkok trip, just the 4 of us. How happy :)

Chalet was fab. Took tons of photos with various people that I never got to snap much with this year. I've edited some of the photos. I'll upload them when I'm done with all of them. They are on my Friendster profile already though.

Ask me what I've been up to these days that caused me to stop doing something I love doing: Work. After I'm done with this post, I'd post once again but backdate those entries. I don't wanna squeeze everything in this entry. The reason for posting this is to just let all of you know Glynis is still alive, no worries. To those haters, bleah I'm still alive neh nanny poo poo!

I'm looking for dresses online but I cannot find any :( So sad.

This morning, I cabbed down to YCK to meet Qiaos. We went over to the police station to get our statements done. It was over that very stupid case. It's been so long ago, ugh. After that, Qiaos went AMK while I went to DG to meet B. Something happened to her bus so she cabbed down. We went to have lunch at LJS. After lunch, we went to the National Library & started working on our research :(

Stayed 'til around 5plus as I wasn't feeling very well. I went home on my own 'cos B need to rush home to meet her mom & get some things done. When I got home, it was the gastric attack that caused me to feel uncomfortable. Had dinner & felt a lot better. Rest for a little while & mom told me that Sally & their family were on their way to Compass Point & told us to meet them. So I agreed. After I got changed into comfortable shorts, we walked over. They bought stuff from Giordano because it is 40% discount for members. After that, we went Mac's for early supper. Had nuggets + shaker fries! I've been eating it everydayyyyyy.

Went home after that. Showered & watched tv. I love the Ch8 7pm & 9pm show! I love the 7pm one more :D Very cute! ChU 10pm show is super hilarious. Mom is watching it on DVD now. I'll watch it all over again when she's done with it [:


I'm super tired today. So I'll probably go check my mail, send various people their photos & go off to bed. Now I know why my mom gets so agitated whenever she is choosing clothes to wear the next day. I am feeling it every night. I hate thinking what I have to wear. If I am staying home, I'd just grab a tee & shorts to wear. But I am not!! I don't want people to think I got no clothes to wear :( (Actually I don't, hahahaha. Just kidding!)

Spent the last Friday at home. Went to pick Zel up after she finished during. Headed down to some ulu place to have dinner. My all-time favourite - Lor Mee (: It's the white kind, not the yellow kind. I love it, despite the cats that kept walking here & there right under my chair & I cannot eat in peace because of that. After dinner, we went to J8. Went Swensen's to have ice-cream treat! Went home after that

Met baby in the afternoon. had Sakae Sushi for lunch. Thanks B! Went to walk around after that. Went to Far Eat Plaza. Well, I found a tailor to make my prom dress so yay! I'm happy The tailor auntie was so adorable. Went back to Compass & dinner at BK. We were supposed to study but time was wasted & I really don't know how we did that. :/

Stayed in all day :) Went Compass in the noon to grab some snacks. Watched Wok of Life again, I love it man! Bought magazines after so long. I miss magazine nights. Nights when all I do is just read magazines, indulge in my favourite cookies & coffee to go along. I don't have time to do such things anymore Did Maths. I planned to do Art but no inspiration & motivation at all. Mom was yelling so bad but I can't help it either. Sigh. This cannot go on. :/
